Return:

  • 1) You do not need to return it if the product arrives spoiled or damaged, please send us some photos, we will resend or refund it after checking your photos. 
  • 2) If the item is unused and of good quality within 14 days you receive the parcel, and you are unhappy with the product for any reason, we will gladly refund or exchange other products after receiving the returned parcel. Please email us first before returning the parcel, it is helpful to receive the parcel successfully.  We'll provide you with the correct address for returns.
  • 3) Please noticed that we only accept prepaid packages, and we do not accept any C.O.D.

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original method of payment.
    • Refunds may take 2-5 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your PayPal or credit card issuer.

    • Typically, we do not offer exchange options.

    Return Shipping costs:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.

      • If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.(Typically, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.)
      • We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order if it has already been processed or shipped.

       

      NOTE:

      1.You need to pay for your shipping costs for returning your item with non-quality problem within 14 days from the date you received it.

      2. Shipping costs that we sent items to you are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

      3.We’ll not issue the refund if you return your item to the incorrect return address.

      4.We are only able to issue a refund to the original account of purchase for the order.

      6. Before you return the product or claim for a refund please contact our customer service first by e-mailing us at support@naillampled.com. We’d like to help. We do not accept any returns and chargebacks without informing our customer service team.

      7. Please kindly note the refund time after we review your request: If you paid with your PayPal, please allow up to 48 hours for the transaction to appear on your PayPal account. If you paid with your card, please allow up to 7-14 business days for the bank to update the charge on your bank statement.
