  • Currently, we can only ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping options may be available in the future

Processing Time:

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Methods:

  • We offer standard shipping via [UPS, USPS, Amazon Logistics] for domestic orders within the United States.
  • Expedited shipping options are not available.

Shipping Rates:

  • Standard Shipping is $4.99.
    Free shipping for order over $59.
    (except in remote areas such as the Virgin Islands)
    Please kindly note that we will not issue any refund for your order if you refuse to receive the package we sent to you.

Delivery Time:

  • For US customers, the shipping time will be 3-12 business days.
  • If you haven't received your package or tracking information within 12 days, please get in touch with us.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the carrier.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Tax Policy:

  • We do not charge customers for taxes on our website. The prices listed are exclusive of any applicable taxes. For any questions or concerns regarding taxes or duties, feel free to contact us.

Refund Policy:

Returns:

  • We accept returns of unused and undamaged items within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with the correct address for returns.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original method of payment.
  • Refunds may take 2-5 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your PayPal or credit card issuer.

Exchanges:

  • Typically, we do not offer exchange options.

Return Shipping costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation Requests:

  • If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.(Typically, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.)
  • We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order if it has already been processed or shipped.

 

NOTE:

1.You need to pay for your shipping costs for returning your item with non-quality problem within 30 days from the date you purchased it.

2. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item after 30 days from the receipt of original order.

3. Shipping costs that we sent items to you are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4.We’ll not issue the refund if you return your item to the incorrect return address.

5.We are only able to issue a refund to the original account of purchase for the order.

6. Before you return the product or claim for a refund please contact our customer service first by e-mailing us at support@naillampled.com. We’d like to help. We do not accept any returns and chargebacks without informing our customer service team.

7. Please kindly note the refund time after we review your request: If you paid with your PayPal, please allow up to 48 hours for the transaction to appear on your PayPal account. If you paid with your card, please allow up to 7-14 business days for the bank to update the charge on your bank statement.
